Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!  Here are the cards that I sent to my mum and my mother-in-law.

 

 
Today we took our annual Mother's Day drive to Port Stanley for some Mackie's (yum) and of course a photo on the beach.

 
This time next year, there will be 3 kids in the photo!  Baby #3 is due in November and we are thrilled!

 
I'm really hoping that I start feeling better in the next few weeks and get back to scrapbooking and feeling like myself again.  These first few months have been rough to say the least!

Social Butterfly & Cottage Country

I know I say it everytime...but I LOVE the Up The Street kits!  This month I worked with both sides of the kit: Social Butterfly and Cottage Country.

I adore the mix of papers and embellishments in Social Butterfly.  I thought these little tags were perfect for making a banner.

 
 
 
The Cottage Country side of the kit is just so pretty and girly.  I had a seriously hard time deciding which sides of the paper to use because they are all so lovely!

 
 
I used bits and pieces of both kits for this next layout.  Once again, used a photo I took on my ipod.  It was the last photo of Ruby before she lost her big front tooth...and then lost the other front tooth the next week!

 
I've got more to share later this week...but for now, I'm using this rainy Sunday afternoon as the perfect excuse to bake some bread, make a big batch of soup and curl up on the couch with the cat!  Thanks for stopping by!
